  • Model ERT-300 Computer Controlled Electronic Relaxation Testing Machine is designed for the relaxation tests of
    PC steel bar, steel wires, indented wire, and galvanized steel wire etc. This machine adopts vertical load frame
    with great rigidity, AC servomotor with zero clearance & great torque precise reducer to drive the screw to carry
    out the adjustment of the test space, the tension of specimen and keeping of the load force, to complete the
    relaxation test. The machine is equipped with especially designed industrial PC. The control and data processing
    system of IPC has very high reliability, which can meet the requirements of data adopting, displaying, storage and
    data analyzing demanded by the relaxation test that over 1000 hours; Testing standard: ASTM E328, ISO 15630, BS5896, ASTM A1061 etc.

  • 1.The software can control one or more testing machines. It can do the relax test for metal and non-metal
    materials.
    2. Perfect graphic function to complete the functions of the reappearance, amplification,
    reduction, self-adaptation, lapping of the curves, display and print the curve at the appointed range, observe the
    coordinate of the test point.
    3. Extrapolation of results from 100 hrs to 1000 incorporated in the software
    4. Load, deformation and temperature can be controlled and record in real time.
    5. The period of measuring and record can be setting.
    6. It can get back of the breaking points also with self-diagnose.
