    Take the test of 16mm diameter specimen as an example: The specimen diameter is φ16mm, specimen height is h = 2 × φ16 = 32mm, if use quick forging testing machine, according to national standard volume reduction 2 / 3, the specimen can be squashed just 0.5s. That is half a second to squash 20.3mm. Because of its rapid speed of the samples became so hot, there are other savings in the system installed capacity, so there is flattening speed adjustment feature, which can slow the fastest speed of all kinds under speed to complete action for the production of a variety of needs.   • Load frame:

    The load frame of upset is with 4 columns with actuator fixed on the top. High stiffness of the load frame afford quick test for upset. Or different size of sample and upset ratio, the PC is to adjust the height through lead screw driven by servo motor to replace the way by changing different dies.

     

    Operation table:

  • Power pack:

    The power pack is with high pressure pump unit and high pressure pipes, valves, accumulator and filters. It provides power to upset and alignment unit.

    It is with high and lower pressure to provide different power to the load frame.

    Electronic

    All electronic parts are with 24V low voltage that confirm to CE.

     

    Safety:

    The upset and alignment is with safety door and it works only under door closed.

    Straightening unit: (options)

    The unit shares the power pack with upset unit.

    Before upset test, The non-line sample should be aligned before upset.

    YQ series adopt Three-point bending method for straightening. According to the specimen diameter, appropriate adjustment of span can be made through the fixed fulcrum with two grooves. Functional attachment (adjustable nut) can guarantee the bending degree of the specimen. Upper part is a pressure head which can move up and down repeatedly, powered by a dual-way fuel tank. Using a foot switch to control a valve to change the direction of hydraulic oil flow to make the pressure head in reciprocating motion, and then provide the pressure sources.
