• Frame structure: it adopts a vertical structure with smaller footprint, and sample can be easily placed.
• Loading system: it adopts hydraulically-loaded vertical structure with three-cylinder design, main cylinder moves from top to bottom, and bending point position is more accurate than the horizontal structure, the left and right cylinders perform lateral pressure on specimen, and specimen falls freely after completing 180 degrees.
• Bending roller adjustment method: electrically adjust the bending support roller by buttons in the panel area (it automatically stops after reaching the position, equipped with safety devices & more accurate).
• Work efficiency: adopt a vertical structure, steel bars are placed directly on the bending rollers, and multiple specimens can be made at the same time.
