Erichsen Cupping Test as per EN ISO 20482, ASTM E 643, GB/T 4156
Application:
Erichsen cupping test is one kind of processing property test by punching-press mode, which is used to determine the deep drawing property of metallic sheet materials and strip steel rolled stock. It is suitable for determination of the metallic sheet or strip steel rolled stock with thickness of 0.1mm~0.2mm and width no less than 90mm to bear the plastic deformation under drawing & shaping.
Specification: ● Thickness of sheet: 0.1-2mm. ● Maximum width of sheet:≥90mm. ● Specifications of cupping moulds Standard Punch ball:φ20±0.05mm. Standard Pattern Hole:φ33±0.1mm. Deep Drawing Cups Test as per GB/T5125 (Optional)
Application:
Deep drawing cup forming test is one kind of test method by taking “Limit Drawing Ratio” to evaluate the sheet metal drawing formability. This fixture is suitable for deep drawing formability of sheet metal with thickness of 0.45mm~4.0mm.

Application
Earing test is a method for determining the ear height of metal sheet and strip of nominal thickness from 0,1 mm to 3 mm after deep drawing by measuring the height of any earing with an accuracy of ± 0,05 mm.
Hole expansion (KWI test) as per ISO 16630, GB/T 24524 (Optional)
Application
Hole expansion test is a method of determining the hole expansion ratio in metallic sheets and strips with a thickness range of 1,2 mm to 6,0 mm inclusive and a width of at least 90 mm. This test is normally applicable to sheet metal and is used to assess the suitability of the product for forming flanges.
Dent Resistance test as per GB/T 34477 (Optional)
