Mechanical Creep and Rupture Testing Machine
  • GB/T2039, GB/T 10120, EN ISO 204 and ASTM E139 etc

    • Free standing load frame features a small footprint that optimizes laboratory floor space, with shock absorbing and vibration isolation.
    • Specimen rupture switch senses when the specimen fails and stops the timer

    • Compact load frame with one lever arm with a load accuracy of less than ±0.5%

    • Hardened knife edges and V-blocks for long life fulcrum point

    • Over travel limit switch assembly

    • The draw head is designed to automatically adjust during a test to compensate for specimen elongation and keep level horizontal.

    • This adjustment keeps the lever arm level and provides an accurate lever arm ratio. This process provides an accurate and constant load on the specimen.

    • Interface can be connected to computer and the testing graph of Strain-stress, temperature display and data can be displayed and processed by computer.

    • Standards: GB/T2039, GB/T 20120, EN ISO 204 and ASTM E139, ISO 7500-1etc.

    • The loading frame is with four columns and single-lever beam with free standing feature. The loading system of the testing machine is lever and weight loading. Grade 1 lever: the lever ratio is 50:1 (optional is 20:1), load accuracy is within 0.5%.
    • Fulcrum material is high strength tool steel, heat treated to 50-55HRC.

    • The material for frame is IS226 mild steel (MS).

    • Spirit level is mounted to indicate beam position.

    • There are two modes for unloading, one is manual, and the other is motorized.

    • Lever horizontality-adjusting system control: optical fibre sensor adopted for upper & lower main generation signal source.

    • Manual unloading mechanism: it can be adjusted manually when power failure happened suddenly, which can effectively protect the machine and specimen during test.

    • Free standing load frame with small footprint optimizes floor space and no special foundation.

Model: MRC Series
Description:
MRC series mechanical creep and rupture testing machine with single-lever structure is designed for long-term creep and stress rupture test applications. The series mechanical creep and rupture testing system is mainly for the metallic materials under room or elevated temperature according to GB/T2039, GB/T 20120, EN ISO 204-2009 and ASTM E139. The creep and rupture testing machine can also maintain constant loads for extended periods of time. Through the mechanical advantage of the lever arm loading system, constant loads can be maintained with a high degree of accuracy for long duration. This creep and rupture tester uses dead weights without continuous operation and the dependency of a mechanically powered drive. The creep and rupture testing system is an ideal equipment for metallurgy manufacturer, research institute, colleges and other relevant factories and mines.
