  • PLG series electromagnetic resonance fatigue testing machines are widely used for fracture mechanics test like pre-crack of CT & SENB specimen (crack length measurement by COD gage, compliance method), crack growth, fracture toughness KIC value, CTOD, S-N curve and fatigue fracture tests of various metallic materials under tension, compression or reversal load. With relevant fixtures, it can also test the fatigue life of all kinds components (like metal sheet, gear, crank shaft, fastener, chain, connecting rod, compact tension etc), and carry out various fatigue tests like symmetric and asymmetric, one-way pulse,  block spectrum, modulation, high & low temperature three-point & four-point bending and torsion etc.

Description:
This series of electromagnetic resonance fatigue testing machines are used for fatigue tests of metal material and components under tension, compression or reversal load. If relevant grips are provided, three-point bending test, four-point bending test, tension and compression of sheet sample test and circle test, gear wheel, bolt, connecting rod, roller chain, crackle expanding test can be available.
The series of electromagnetic resonance fatigue testing machines feature an optimized design and a rational structure. The automatic controlled system adopts an advanced and wide-pulse-control system and a new-type of power amplifier to improve the reliability of the electric system.
