PLS series dynamic and static electro-hydraulic servo testing machine is produced according to the electro-hydraulic servo test technology, and utilizes the design methods of unitization, standardization and modularization, which enhance the stability and reliability of the system. The machine is mainly used for the dynamic and static mechanics performance tests to all kinds of metallic and nonmetallic materials like tensile, compression, bending, high and low cycle fatigue, crack growth, fracture toughness tests, and also the dynamic & static properties and fatigue life tests to various structural parts and components, and it is widely used for quality control in the fields of aviation and aerospace, vehicles, building components, rail transportation, nuclear energy, ship-building and military industries, also materials and test research for universities and research institutes.
• Module unit design. It features as low friction, fast response, small internal leak, and strong anti-lateral load capacity.
• It can be equipped with universal joint on both ends, and suitable for several kinds of installation methods (front & back flange, front & back hinge, foot-amounted).
• Actuator is adopted double-end rod piston structure with chromed surface and no leakage. Both sealing methods Glyd ring & step sealing ring are applied between piston & cylinder and piston rod & end cover.
• LVDT displacement sensor is installed inside actuator and electro-hydraulic servo valve is amounted outside actuator. Teflon guide sleeve is installed between LVDT displacement sensor and piston rod, small friction and good guidance can guarantee trouble-free long-time work of sensor.
• Hydraulic buffer zone is designed on the position of actuator amplitude limit to avoid running out of control.
• Load cell is fixed on the piston rod end through pre-stressed ring, which is suitable for tension-compression test.
• Installing base of servo valve is integrated on actuator body, which can configure with all kinds of fast-response flapper-nozzle servo valve

Constant pressure servo pump station is designed and manufactured with standard modularization cell. It is used for electro-hydraulic servo static and dynamic universal testing machine and various electro-hydraulic servo fatigue test machine. It features constant pressure test, high filtration precision, low noises, stable operating and long service life. The system is protected by automatically shut down or alarming while the temperature or oil level exceeds the limits or oil filter blocking occurs. System can be configured with water cooler or oil cooler unit.
