  • 1), Safety measures

    1.1 operation safety protection: In order to ensure the safety of operating personnel, Anti-finger insert mechanism is design on the mold to ensure that the fingers can not be stuffed.

    1.2 System safety protection: the hydraulic system is with a pressure relief valve, while the electrical system has a safety limit protection.

    2.1  T-type ball console, to facilitate the mold replacement;

    It saves the time of replacement of the mold, just one minute to complete the replacement.

    2.2 open C-type supporter (sample mounting from three directions, satisfying a variety of shapes sampling requirements, large pieces of sheet can be directly punched without cutting).
