  • The purpose of design with horizontal type load frame is to ensure safety, reduce operator fatigue and provide the highest level of flexibility. Concretely, it features as following:

    1. High accuracy: 

    The preloaded precision ball-screw and servo motor ensures high speed and position measurement accuracy. Adoption of high precision Load cell for load measurement;

    2. Safety feature 

    The testing machine stops automatically when the change in the test force exceeds a specified value during operations; Over load and over travel protection; Over-stroke limiter: The range of the crosshead movement mechanically limited. 

    3. Comfortable working area 

    Regarding the long specimen reason, the horizontal load frame makes it easy for attaching and removing jigs. 

    4. Large space in the working area:

    The insides of columns provide wide space for the operator.

Description: ETT series electromechanical horizontal tensile testing machine is used for testing various specimens such as metal, wire, rubber, elastomer, polymer, film, plastic, timber, ceramics, wire and cables, fabrics etc. The load cell measures test force and display on the digital controller. Displacement is measured by photoelectric encoder. Also it can do the compression, bending and shearing test when it is equipped with related accessories.
