Description: In-situ testing machine is used to test the mechanical properties of micro-specimens. It can integrate video extensometer, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectrometer, atomic force microscopy (AFM), metallographic microscope and other imaging equipment to dynamically monitor the micro-deformation and damage of materials. The purpose of this study is to provide a means of testing the micro-mechanics, damage mechanism of various materials and products, and the relationship between load and material properties. It can do in situ tensile, compression, bending, shear test, creep, relaxation and other performance tests. It can be used independently to complete the mechanical properties test of materials, and can cooperate with various micro-instruments to carry out in-situ micromechanical testing, and also work with heating, cooling, liquid environments. With special order, bi-axial tensile table, quad-axial tensile table, In situ dynamic test table can be achieved.
