    • It adopts hydraulic system to load, load cell to measure test load, computer to control test process and display the test load and test curves, also carry out data processing, saving and printing, operation is easy, and test data is accurate & reliable. 

    • The relative error of indication of the testing machine within the measuring range is less than ± 1% and reaches precision requirement of testing machine. 

    • The testing machine’s appearance is neat and artistic, and height of the operating part is appropriate, easy to operate and observe for the tester. 

    • It is with two columns structural, top ends with screws to adjust the testing space. Both axial and transverse load is with servo control.

    • Manual moveable crosshead, dual lead-screws and base forms stronger loading load frame. It has proper structure, high strength, small deformation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing results. 

    • The actuator is installed on the top, dual-screw frame, and the test space is continuously adjustable by manual from 1000-2000mm to facilitate different heights test requirements. 

    • Two pairs of reinforce supporters are built on the lower part of lead screws, which not only increase the stiffness of frame, but also eliminate the influence of lateral force to electronic actuator. 

    • High accuracy load cell with actuator in the top to complete compression test

    • High accuracy load cell with lateral actuator to load horizontally, also important part is linear guide unit to avoid friction force during test. 

    • Test space is designed in lower part of this frame, which is more suitable for operator to put the specimen. 

    • Different test fixtures can be made to meet different test applications

    • Strain measurement accuracy: ASTM E83, ISO 9513, BS 3846 and EN 10002-4.

    • Position measurement accuracy: 1um resolution with standard encoder; position accuracy of ±1% displacement;

    • Hydraulic power supply: 3 phase, 380vac, 50/60Hz
