Common Non-Metallic Pendulum Impact Testing Machine
Three display types are available, i.e. Analog type, Digital Display type & PC type Especially for PC display, more functions are available like auto clear zero, pneumatic hammer releasing (optional) and motorized hammer rising (optional). Energy compensation and pendulum cycle calibration make the testing data more accurate. The result can be displayed, stored and printed out.
Span of the Charpy Anvil: 40mm, 60mm, 70mm & 95mm Pre-elevation Angle: 160°

Model: JB-(C/D) Description: JB-(C/D) series non-metallic materials pendulum impact testing machine is to determine the impact toughness of plastic, glass steel, plastic pipe, strong nylon, china, clay rock and anti-electric materials. It can do Charpy, Izod, tensile impact, Charpy & Izod, Charpy & Izod & tensile impact test by different anvils and pendulums with the standards of ISO179/180, ASTM D256, JB8761 and ISO 9854 etc. Pendulum can carry out the full range of impact tests. A complete range of fully interchangeable hammers and vises allow the operator to perform Charpy, Izod and tensile impact test at different impact velocities and energies.
